Cindy Douglas founded CD Consulting Group, Inc. serving the mortgage
industry for eight years.
My company was dedicated to helping loan originators & real estate agents
throughout the U.S. to create and/or refine their database systems. In
addition, my team and I brought clarity to their databases, perfecting
their work flow to improve capacity while reducing cost. Many of my clients
have been featured as the top producers in national magazines and website
interviews.
I sold the company in 2006. Prior to starting the CD Consulting Group, I had
been involved in the mortgage business since 1985, including real estate sales,
loan processing, retail loan officer, and production and operations manager and
a Certified ACT! Consultant and trainer.
Wearing these different "hats" over the years, I have learned what works
(and what does not) when it comes to maintaining constant contact with
closed clients, affinity sources, real estate agents and builders. I am a
